To access some services of the phapparel.com website (our “site”) you need to register. When registering online, users must ensure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. Furthermore, they have the responsibility to protect their personal data on the online account and must commit to protecting their password.

The collection and storage of personal data sent to PH are governed by law 196/2003 and subsequent amendments. At each visit or registration or purchase made on the site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy.


When you place an order on our site, you are asked to provide your personal data, and your credit card information will be entered only into the PayPal payment tools/portals made available to finalize the order.

Online Orders are subject to stock availability. The items added to the cart are not to be considered reserved and are available to other customers who are concurrently buying on the online store.

Once an online order has been placed, the items are no more available for purchase. However, sales are not considered concluded until the order leaves the warehouse and payment is debited.

Our prices

All prices are shown in Euros (EUR), and payments are accepted only in this currency.
All prices in Italy and Europe include taxes. Prices for other countries are indicated, excluding taxes.

Sales price regulation
Occasionally, PH will offer discounts on certain items during sales periods or promotional sales also through “discount coupons”.
We cannot proceed with any refund if the same item (including colour/size) is not available in stock at the time of the request, or if the item was originally purchased at an already discounted price.

Payment and acceptance of the order

On our website, we accept the following payment methods:

Payments are charged at the time of the order confirmation.
By placing an order on our site, customers confirm that they are the owners of the credit/debit card entered or that have been authorized by the holder to proceed with the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments and orders made by customers who are not of legal age.
Payments will be securely processed through the PayPal or Cartasì payment systems, and all payment data will be encrypted. PH will not store credit card data in any way.
Payments and orders will be considered final only when the payment is debited. We reserve the right to refuse payments or to cancel orders at our discretion.

Electronic vouchers

Vouchers can only be used online to purchase PH products on phapparel.com.
Vouchers can be partially redeemed, and the remaining credit will be credited to your PH account
If the value of the order is higher than that of the voucher, the difference must be paid by credit/debit card or PayPal.
Please store your vouchers in a safe place because we cannot replace them in the event of loss, theft or damage.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason a customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of receipt of the order provided that the item is in like-new condition and its original packaging. All returns for orders placed within the previous 28 days must be sent to PH within one month, to proceed with the request. We reserve the right to refuse returns for returned items not in a perfect resalable condition.
Defective items will be replaced, repaired or returned following the evaluation made by PH Customer Service. To avoid any doubt, we classify as defective those products that are received already damaged or that have manufacturing defects. Defective items can be returned within 12 months for replacement or repair. If these options are not available, we offer a refund.
Returns are accepted online only for items purchased directly on phapparel.com. For items purchased from a PH dealer, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

Cancellation of orders according to the distance selling regulation/consumer contract regulations

Customers who purchase in the EU, in compliance with the consumer protection rules (Distance Selling Regulation) of 2000, for orders placed before June 13, 2014, and, in compliance with the rules for consumer contracts of 2013, for orders placed on or after June 13, 2014, can withdraw from the contract within a specified period. You are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, for all cancellations of orders made with distance selling. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Conditions for non-EEC countries

Shipping fees
The prices of products and shipping do not include duties that will be charged to the customer according to the legislation of the relevant country of receipt of the goods.

Duty paid (DDP)
In case of return, the shipping costs and customs duties will be charged to the customer according to the legislation of the relevant country of receipt of the goods.

Intellectual Property Rights

The use of the PH site does not grant any copyright or intellectual property rights concerning the content of the site. Copyright is protected by national and international law.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping method in Europe:

PH offers free shipping for amounts over 65€.
The estimated delivery times are in the order of 3-5 business days.

Return Policy

Making a return is very simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your order, as long as the item is in a resalable condition.
Returns are accepted online only for items purchased directly on phapparel.com. If the item was purchased from one of our partner retailers, please contact the retailer directly to make arrangements for any replacement or refund.
If upon delivery of the product, you are uncertain about your purchase, please keep the product in its original packaging until you decide whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns must be in ‘like new’ condition, unwashed and unworn.
In case of a return, make sure that the product is well packaged and protected from damage during transport
The original purchaser can only request a refund of products purchased as gifts; alternatively, we can offer the recipient of the gift a credit for the purchase of a new product. The item exchange will show in the order history of the original purchaser.
Gift vouchers are not refundable.

Return for CEE and EXTRACEE countries

If you wish to exchange a purchased item, follow the instructions in the ‘How to make a return’ section. The exchanged can be made only with the same product in a different size or colour. If you want a different product, please use the return procedure to get a refund and place a new order.

Defective items

PH is committed to producing high-quality products, in line with its long tradition of excellence. However, manufacturing defects can sometimes occur. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, do not hesitate to contact us. Items damaged due to overuse or protracted use are not to be considered defective. If the defective item has been worn, it must be returned freshly laundered. All worn and unwashed clothing will be sent back to the sender.

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return write an email to the customer care address: info@phapparel.com indicating the order number, the name of the product and the reasons for the return and wait for our confirmation.
